NexSeed的老師們最近正在執行一項新計劃－TOEIC 990 project，我們期望所有老師都能拿到TOEIC 990。
這項活動不是僅僅只為成績證明，也是體現 NexSeed追求卓越的精神。所以老師們現在也跟學生一起努力認真唸英文！
今天來介紹的是，計劃推行不久很快就取得高分、活潑開朗的老師 - Ｋi m。
老師 Kim在NexSeed任職超過兩年，教過無數學生、深受學生喜愛，讓我們來一起看看下面簡短的訪談吧～
小編想問：對於成為老師後有什麼感覺？
Ｋi m：老實說，變成老師教外國人英文並不是我一開始的計畫。
但在成為NexSeed老師後，我才發現這是很好的機會和不同國籍的人來往交流。這讓我能更開明的去接收不同的文化和信念。
除了教學以外，我也從學生們學到很多。這些都是我認為對自我成長很重要的部份。
How do you feel being a teacher?
Honestly, it was not my plan to teach English to foreigners.
But when I started to work here,I realized it is a great opportunity for me to interact with people from different nations. It helped me to become more open minded about other cultures and beliefs.
Aside from teaching I also learned from my students. Which I think is important for my self growth.
小編：有什麼是妳的課程中較特別的？
Ｋi m：我的課程比較特別的是，我讓學生體驗一些讓他們感興趣的活動。
更重要的是和他們建立良好的關係，不僅僅是學生而已、更像好朋友。
以這個角度提供適合他們的活動來使英文變得更好。
What is make your classes special?
What makes my classes special is that I let my students experience an engaging activity that stimulates their interest.
It’s important to create a good relationship with the student by treating them not only as a student but as well as a friend.
I give activities that accommodate their needs to improve.
小編：目前生活中的目標？
Ｋi m：我的目標是繼續以我的方式來幫助其他人並從中獲得成長。
我還希望能到海外旅行，離開我的舒適圈以探索、體驗更多不同的事物。
What’s your goal in life?
My goal in life is continue helping others in my on way. And to seek personal growth.
I want to travel to other countries to explore and experience things outside my comfort zone.
小編：請分享一些平時鼓舞學生和自己的話。
Ｋi m：不要停止學習，不管那過程有多困難，都要盡全力的去做。要一直相信自己並專注在自己的目標上。
如果現階段還沒有明確目標，那就試著讓自己走出舒適圈吧！
Please share any inspiring words for yourself or students.
Do not stop learning no matter how difficult the process may be , always give your best in everything that you do. Always believe in yourself. And focus on your goal.
If you don’t have goal try to go out of your safe zone.
小編訪談後感想：
老師Ｋｉｍ真的是一位非常開朗、熱愛生活的人，儘管我不是她的學生之一，我們還是成為了朋友，真的每天都能被她滿滿活力的影響力感染。
在這裏除了學英文外，我更學到這樣正面的人生態度，對事物抱有熱情、珍惜身邊老師同學們的相處時光。
活在這個當下、享受這個當下，英文自然也融進了我的生活學以致用。
